    TechNatch Labs is an independent project with offices in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].

    What we collect

    Only what you send through the contact form (name, email, optional company, message, and an optional sketch). This is delivered to us by email and isn't stored in a database on this site.

    Service providers

    Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting network, spam protection via Turnstile, privacy-friendly Web Analytics that uses no cookies and doesn't track individuals). Hosting: a server in Mumbai, India, so your enquiry may be processed outside the UAE, with the safeguards our providers apply.

    Cookies

    This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie for spam protection.

    Why we collect it

    To reply to your enquiry. We don't sell or share it for marketing.

    Retention

    Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer only if they become part of a project agreement, and are then deleted.

    Your rights

    You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at [email protected]. This applies under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR. We reply within 30 days.
